Usually 15 to 20 years with regular maintenance. If yours is in that range and starting to act up, it is worth pricing out a replacement before it quits mid-winter. Consider our Crose Comfort Club to be covered before a breakdown.
Clean or replace the filter every 1 to 2 months, maintain the condensate system and combustion control. Book an annual service to keep it running safe and efficient. Setting your thermostat back 4 to 5°C overnight helps too.
