NTI builds high-efficiency condensing boilers for homes, in both wall-hung and floor-standing designs. They are a strong fit for hydronic and in-floor radiant heating, and combi models cover domestic hot water as well as space heating.

The residential line-up includes the wall-hung TRX and FTVN series, the floor-standing TFTN and Compass series, and the commercial-grade Lx series.

TRX Series II, at a glance

  • 95% AFUE across most models (TRX085 is 96% AFUE, TRX110C is 95.5% AFUE)
  • Modulating combustion up to 11:1 turndown
  • XTRATECH stainless steel heat exchanger
  • Sizes from 9,400 to 197,000 Btu/hr
  • Combi versions available (the “C” models) for heat plus domestic hot water
  • Integrated ECM pump and DHW diverter valve, cascade up to 8 units
