When our basement flooded and caused our oil furnace to stop working, we called Eric. He gave us a fair assessment and recommended that we switch to propane. When we saw the size of the new furnace (literally a third of the size of our old one) we thought "How is this little thing going to heat our house?", but we trusted Eric as the expert and he did not steer us wrong. Just wanted to mention the fine work your technician A.J. did for me a few weeks ago. Our pool heater went down and we discovered it was blowing the 40 amp breaker. An electrician was called and proved that the problem was not in the breaker or the wiring to the heater.
Crose Mechanical was called and AJ showed up a day later. He diagnosed the problem to be a defective capacitor.
He ordered the part. A few days later he showed up, replaced the capacitor and is all working perfectly ever since. It was refreshing to deal with someone that took ownership of the problem and suggested the most economical solution to resolve it.
AJ is not only an excellent technician, he is a true ambassador for your company. He understands and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Crose Mechanical and AJ to others.
